Eat 'N’ Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry.
Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Quality Control Supervisor

Job Location: Magboro, Ogun

Job Description


  • Conduct incoming Materials inspection activities to ensure products meet the required specification.
  • Monitor production processes and ensure they are in compliance with the company quality and food safety specifications.
  • Record and maintain quality control, food safety, product evaluation & sampling documents to verify compliance. 4. Identify issues that could affect product quality in production and take corrective action
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
  • Maintain compliance of implemented programs such as good manufacturing practice (GMP), Good hygienic practice, HACCP, Food safety & Quality Management standards in the facility.
  • Conduct quality control audits in the facility and ensure the implementation of corrective action.
  • Participate in Regulatory inspections, Internal and external audit.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Food science and Technology or related Field.
  • 2 years or more of proven work experience as a QC supervisor in the Food industry.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft, excel, power point etc)
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Attention to details.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Quality Control.
  • HACCP understanding and practical experience.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 is an added advantage.

2.) Revenue Assurance Specialist

Job Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Revenue Assurance Specialist supports the revenue assurance function by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of revenue across all business units.
  • The role focuses on daily reconciliations, monitoring POS and bank settlements, identifying discrepancies, and supporting control processes to minimize revenue leakage.
  • The Specialist works closely with Finance, Operations, Treasury, IT, and external partners to ensure revenue is accurately captured and reported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of sales data, POS transactions, and bank settlements across all stores and business units.
  • Monitor POS settlement reports to ensure timely banking and accurate posting of revenue.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve revenue discrepancies, shortages, overages, and settlement delays in collaboration with Treasury and Operations.
  • Maintain and update POS complaint logs and claim registers; follow up with banks, payment service providers, and vendors for resolution.
  • Validate sales data completeness and accuracy across POS systems, ERP platforms, and bank statements.
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of revenue assurance controls and standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare detailed reconciliation schedules, variance analyses, and revenue assurance reports for review by the Revenue Assurance Manager.
  • Assist with audits by providing reconciliation reports, transaction evidence, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor POS terminals and transaction flows to identify system issues, failed settlements, or operational gaps.
  • Support new store openings, payment platform rollouts, and system upgrades by validating revenue flows and settlement accuracy.
  • Escalate unresolved or high-risk revenue issues promptly to management with clear root-cause analysis.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve reconciliation efficiency, automation, and data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in revenue assurance, finance operations, audit, or reconciliation roles.
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, ICAN, or in progress) is an advantage.
  • Experience in FMCG, QSR, retail, or other high-volume transaction environments is required.
  • Strong understanding of POS systems, payment channels, bank settlements, and reconciliation processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple reconciliations and meet tight reporting deadlines.

3.) Revenue Assurance Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Revenue Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing all revenue assurance activities to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of the company’s revenue streams.
  • This role leads the reconciliation of sales data, POS settlements, and bank transactions across all business units.
  • The Revenue Assurance Manager designs and enforces controls, identifies revenue leakage, and drives the implementation of best practices to strengthen the company’s revenue protection framework.
  • The position requires close collaboration with Finance, Operations, Treasury, and external partners to ensure alignment in revenue processes and financial reporting. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for the revenue assurance function, ensuring end-to-end visibility and control over revenue cycles. 
  • Collaborate with IT and ERP teams to ensure seamless system integration and data integrity in revenue tracking. 
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide revenue assurance data, documentation, and reconciliations. 
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to automate reconciliations, enhance accuracy, and reduce manual errors. 
  • Maintain oversight of all POS complaints and claim logs; ensure timely escalation and resolution with banking partners. 
  • Resolve escalated discrepancies in POS settlements and revenue records in collaboration with Treasury and Operations. 
  • Establish and maintain a robust control framework for sales reconciliation, cash collection, and POS transaction integrity. 
  • Monitor POS terminals and settlement data across platforms to ensure timely banking and accurate financial reporting. 
  • Review and approve revenue assurance reports, identifying anomalies, revenue losses, or system/process gaps. 
  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of cash and POS sales across all stores, ensuring alignment with bank remittances. 
  • Support strategic initiatives such as new store openings, platform rollouts, or payment gateway integrations with revenue impact analysis. 
  • Mentor and supervise Revenue Assurance Officers and Specialists, ensuring team development and performance management. 
  • Report revenue assurance KPIs, trends, and insights to Executive Management to support decision-making. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in finance, audit, or revenue assurance roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position. 
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, ICAN) is required. 
  • Proven experience in FMCG, QSR, retail, or similar high-volume transaction environments. 
  • Strong understanding of POS systems, financial controls, and reconciliation processes. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (Micrsoft Dynamics). 
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
